A Hybrid Property Role Across Investment, Lettings and Sales. E&O Property Investments works with overseas investors building UK property portfolios across the Midlands and North West. We are looking for someone with estate agency or lettings experience who wants a broader role across property sourcing, lettings oversight and sales progression.

This is a hybrid position where you will be involved in the full lifecycle of an investment property - from sourcing opportunities and acquisitions through to tenant placement and ongoing management of client portfolios. You will be working directly with high net worth international investors actively growing their UK portfolios, within a fast paced environment where properties are regularly being acquired, rented and sold. You will also work alongside a team of lettings administrators, meaning you will have the support of a dedicated team and be required to manage them effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sourcing and securing investment properties for overseas clients
  • Support property acquisitions and investment sales across investor portfolios
  • Manage sales progression from offer through to completion
  • Oversee the transition of newly acquired properties into the lettings portfolio
  • Manage the lettings administration team to ensure they manage the operational and compliance administration
  • Liaise with investors regarding portfolio performance and opportunities to expand their holdings
  • Coordinate with agents, solicitors, tenants and investors to ensure transactions progress efficiently
