About the role –
Drive operational excellence through data-driven asset management and process optimisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition of assets from construction to warranty and aftersales, meeting and exceeding contractual obligations across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with construction and TOC stakeholders, developing and implementing robust processes for warranty, planned preventive maintenance, escalation management, and supply chain optimisation. Your expertise will ensure customer assets are safe, compliant, and maintained to OEM standards, while also identifying opportunities for additional revenue streams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Maintenance: Scheduling and overseeing service and maintenance across all contracts, managing the supply chain, and developing a comprehensive PPM system.
- Lifecycle Management: Overseeing assets from onboarding through their lifecycle to replacement, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Customer Engagement: Serving as a primary point of contact for PPMs, providing timely servicing updates, and managing OEM relationships for warranty and training.
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing detailed reports on service and maintenance SLAs, maintaining accurate records of pricing, and developing customer contract tracking matrices.
- Process Improvement: Driving improvements in customer experience through process optimisation and providing support to the wider team.
- Understand and apply ISO 55000:2014 techniques for asset management.
