ENZONE Roofing & Refurbishments are looking for experienced bricklayers and repointing operatives to join our growing external works team. This is day rate work on social housing contracts. It is not price work.
The majority of work involves grinding out and repointing brickwork, brick repairs, small bricklaying jobs, patch repairs and general external maintenance. From time to time, the role may also include fascias, soffits, guttering and minor external refurbishment works, but the main focus is repointing and brickwork.
This is day work with payment made fortnightly, every other Monday. The day rate is between £140 and £180 per day depending on experience and quality of work.
As the work is mainly on social housing properties, a clean and tidy standard of work is essential. Operatives must be respectful and professional when working around tenants.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience in repointing and brickwork who can produce a neat, high-quality finish. Reliability, punctuality and a good attitude are very important. You must be able to work well as part of a team.
A driving licence and own tools are helpful but not essential.
