Enzo Tech Group is an on-demand service bringing IT professionals and companies together across Europe and recently the USA! We are excited to share that we are now hiring into our USA Team! It's the perfect opportunity for someone looking to maximise their earnings, fast! The team are currently based in London, Cannon Street, with future opportunity to relocate to the US if you wish to. Working alongside our USA Managing Director and Associate Directors, you have a foundation to succeed, be trained and guided on a desk level.
Enzo believes in having an atmosphere that accelerates success, which stems from investing in our employees and providing excellent career progression opportunities. As a Candidate Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop your skills and excel in your role.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SALARY EXPECTATIONS:
- Call candidates with the aim of finding a perfect match to make a placement.
- Headhunt candidates.
- Generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with your candidates and clients.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Recruitment doesn’t demand a specific background. What it needs to achieve real success and high rewards is commitment, enthusiasm, and motivation. An experience in Sales or creating opportunities is interesting to us, and any demonstration of entrepreneurial flair is definitely going to make us keen!
