The Role: Candidate Consultant

As a Candidate Consultant, you’ll be the connector between great talent and exciting opportunities. Your role is all about:

  • Partnering with our team to understand hiring needs.
  • Using LinkedIn and other tools to source top candidates.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with professionals across Europe & the US.
  • Learning the full recruitment cycle while earning as you grow.

This is a sales-driven role, so you’ll work toward weekly and monthly targets. But with that comes fast career progression, incredible incentives, and commission that rewards your results. We’ll set you up for success with full training, mentorship from industry leaders, and continuous support.
