We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join the Enzo Team!

This is not a traditional marketing function operating behind the scenes. At Enzo, Marketing sits at the centre of the business. Working closely with Sales, Leadership, Talent Acquisition and the wider Operations team to drive growth, you'll be exposed to both a wide range of marketing activities and the rewards that come with being part of a high-performance environment.
The Opportunity:
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build an impactful career within marketing. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day execution of Enzo's marketing function, from social media operations and content creation to community engagement and internal marketing activities. Working closely with multiple departments across the business, they will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation, posting and scheduling content across all main social media channels.
- Take ownership of content trackers, ensuring everything is accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
- Help grow our TikTok and Instagram presence by spotting trends, developing ideas and creating engaging content. You will have the ability to create this content too
- Capture day-to-day life at Enzo through photos, videos and regular Instagram Stories.
- Support content shoots and review videography deliverables ahead of final approval.
- Help new starters build a strong online presence with approved headshots, banners and branded assets.
- Monitor comments, messages and inbound enquiries while encouraging positive community engagement.
- Work closely with the Operations & Events team to bring internal events and incentives to life.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in social media, branding and content creation.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
