Nursery: Enyas Childcare
Ofsted Grade: Outstanding 2016 & 2024
As part of the management team, you’ll lead an experienced and accomplished team of educators using your existing skills, experience and passion for child-led learning. You will provide the highest standards of childcare and education in line with our Ofsted graded Outstanding practice, including the monitoring and review of provision. You will be responsible for the daily operations, occupancy levels, staffing rotas and recruitment.
You will thrive on motivating, leading by example, role modelling and inspiring your friendly team of educators to help them to grow within their roles, as they support you in turn as a leader.
- Highly experienced in Nursery Management (including all admin duties)
- A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification Level 3 or above or equivalent
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license
