A Fantastic Opportunity: Fault Technician
As a Fault Technician you will be responsible for providing the first response to unplanned electricity outages and safety critical calls across the region. You will do this in accordance with safe working practices, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and rapid restoration of electricity supplies to exceed company targets. You will take a proactive approach in using new technology and equipment supporting innovative trials and the development of new fault location techniques which will contribute to a reduction in fault volumes, customer interruptions (CIs) and customer minutes lost (CMLs).
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.

- Have strong experience in a customer facing role;
- Have industrial and domestic electrical installation knowledge;
- Be competent in the use of technology.
