A Fantastic Opportunity: As an ENWS Cable Jointer, you will play a key role in delivering all associated works within a customer‑focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring required outputs are achieved in line with all technical standards and safe working practices, consistently exceeding health and safety requirements while maximising productivity and quality of service delivery.

The role demands a strong commitment to excellent customer service and full compliance with all appointment and regulatory obligations. You will undertake cable jointing activities across all ENWS workstreams, organising and delivering daily work schedules with a business‑driven mindset. This includes maintaining and supporting health and safety standards, completing Point of Work Risk Assessments before commencing tasks, and proactively engaging with customers and contractors to ensure smooth operations. You will also contribute to the future growth of the business by supporting the training and upskilling of colleagues.
