We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships across the UK and selected European markets within Envu's Turf & Landscape business. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the most trusted and proven technologies in the industry — including the Stressgard portfolio (Signature Xtra, Exteris, Fiata), bio-based solutions, and the Valdor herbicide range — helping shape growth strategies and market execution through close collaboration with key distribution partners.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Account Leadership: Manage and develop key UK distributor relationships to deliver sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the Turf & Landscape portfolio. The UK National Account Manager will have equal responsibility alongside EMEA KAM Management, which may include managing 2-3 accounts.
  • Commercial Strategy: Define and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and promotional activities in collaboration with the head of sales, regional management and marketing teams.
  • European business steering: Support key European markets through strategic alignment with international partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Insight: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Technical & Brand Expertise: Represent Envu as a trusted expert, communicating product value through technical meetings, field demonstrations, and customer events.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with marketing, regulatory, and supply-chain teams to ensure smooth product launches, stock management, and compliance.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development within the turf, amenity, or agricultural sectors.
  • BASIS Qualified (Amenity Horticulture) essential.
  • Strong understanding of turfgrass management, agronomy, and distribution channels in the UK market.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical value into business success.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to use modern customer management tools and software, e.g., CRM.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally within Europe.
