Envu Media is growing fast, and to keep delivering for our clients at the level they expect, we need to bring in a sharp, experienced Paid Media Account Manager. Freelancers only. UK-based. No agencies.
Who we're looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in DTC paid media
- Meta and TikTok ads have no secrets to you (strategy, structure, creative testing, scaling)
- You stay up-to-date with the latest updates and best practices
- You are comfortable managing £50k–£150k+ monthly budgets, but also know how to take brands from 0 → 100k / month
- You think beyond Ads Manager - you understand business models, margins, and what actually drives profitability
- You are a strong communicator who can present performance clearly and confidently on weekly client calls

The Role:
This is a freelance, client-facing position managing paid social accounts across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of scaling DTC brands. You'll own accounts end-to-end. From strategy and setup through to optimisation, reporting, and client communication. This isn't a support role. You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts and expected to run them with full autonomy.
Day-to-day looks like:
- Building, managing, and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Developing and testing creative strategies in collaboration with our creative team
- Monitoring performance daily and making proactive optimisation decisions
- Joining weekly client calls and presenting performance clearly and confidently
- Delivering sharp monthly reports that tie ad performance back to business outcomes (revenue, ROAS, CAC/LTV, Gross & Net Profit margins)
- Flagging issues early and bringing solutions, not just problems
- Working closely with the rest of the Envu team to share learnings and keep standards high
