The traineeship is a two‑year in‑house programme aligned to PEAT 2 outcomes, designed to provide progressive responsibility, regular assessment and broad exposure across corporate, commercial, governance, regulatory, and cross‑border matters.

Practice areas and work

The traineeship will cover corporate and M&A transactions, commercial contracts, governance and board advisory, regulatory and compliance work, and coordination with external counsel on cross‑border and contentious matters.
