We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant, EMEA to join our international immigration team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and is eager to make a meaningful impact — going beyond simply processing cases. As an Immigration Consultant you’ll take full ownership of your portfolio, managing end-to-end immigration processes while being a trusted advisor to clients and foreign nationals. You won’t just follow processes; you’ll help shape and improve them.
What You’ll Do as our Immigration Consultant:
- Communicate with Foreign National (FN) and clients’ HR team, setting the right expectations and timelines.
- Adhere to clients’ agreed protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Adhere to Envoy’s case management SOP, ensuring the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems.
- Prepare/draft applications.
- Collaborate and work closely with Third Party Vendors (TPV) on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters.
- Ensure assessments are completed in accordance with SOP.
- Sign off on cases closed by Global Administrator including expiry tracking in accordance with SOP.
- Attend and participate in client calls as needed.
- Communicate with immigration authorities to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or elevate applications when immigration authorities fail to meet their processing standard/withdraw applications and/or request refund of government fees.
- Ensure accurate billing of client matters in keeping with company policy and protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of immigration experience, preferably with exposure to global or multi‑country immigration programs.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end immigration processes, including assessments, application preparation, case management, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high‑volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with clients, foreign nationals, authorities, and external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and drive cases to completion.
- Experience collaborating with third‑party vendors and navigating complex immigration scenarios.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and apply them effectively.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable identifying process improvements and contributing to operational excellence.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound professional judgment.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
Start date: As soon as possible
What we offer (and why you’ll enjoy working with Envoy Global):
- Flexibility & Trust: Flexible working hours: we focus on outcomes, not office time. Working from home and thus remote working options. Opportunity to work from abroad where compliant. A culture built on trust, autonomy, and ownership.
- Ownership & Growth: Real responsibility from day one, so no micromanagement. Space to build, improve, and shape how we work. Exposure to global clients and complex, out of the ordinary and interesting cases. Opportunities to grow within a scaling, international organization.
