How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate activities of workers in one or more occupations, interpret company policies, and enforce safety regulations.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work issues.
- Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve goals.
- Recommend or initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
- Train new workers, maintain time and attendance records, personnel files, and performance records.
- Coordinate activities with other Supervisors and Managers.
- Resolve grievances through discussions with workers\’ representatives.
- Be adept in the activities of the workers supervised, especially when supervising workers engaged chiefly in one occupation or craft.
- Possess general knowledge of activities when supervising workers engaged in multiple occupations.
- Operate company equipment and/or drive company vehicles as required.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Show initiative and critical thinking skills.
- Work with minimal supervision, report regularly and punctually, and be self-motivated.
- Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (some restrictions may apply).
- Ability to train, guide, motivate employees, handle multiple projects, and have working knowledge of PCs and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
