Shape the future of Identity. Envo Talent is partnering with one of Europe's leading Identity & Access Management consultancies to appoint an experienced Senior Okta Architect. This is an opportunity to join a business recognised as one of the world's leading Okta partners, delivering complex identity programmes for organisations ranging from fast-growing technology businesses through to global enterprise clients.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex identity challenges, influencing technical direction and remaining hands-on with delivery. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, combining architecture, implementation, client engagement and technical leadership. The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional architecture position. You'll act as the technical authority across multiple customer engagements, helping design and deliver modern identity solutions while supporting pre-sales, mentoring consultants and driving technical excellence throughout the organisation. You'll remain hands-on with implementation whilst influencing solution design, customer strategy and delivery standards across a wide range of enterprise environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering enterprise-scale Okta Workforce Identity and Customer Identity solutions.
  • Leading architecture across greenfield implementations, migrations and transformation programmes.
  • Working closely with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
  • Acting as the senior technical lead throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities including technical workshops, solution design and customer presentations.
  • Providing technical governance across multiple engagements.
  • Mentoring consultants and helping develop the wider Okta practice.
  • Remaining hands-on with delivery rather than operating purely in an advisory capacity.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with architects who have strong experience across the Okta ecosystem, including experience with technologies such as:

  • Okta Workforce Identity
  • Okta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0)
  • Universal Directory
  • Single Sign-On
  • Lifecycle Management
  • Okta Workflows
  • API Access Management
  • Identity Governance
  • Privileged Access
  • Access Gateway

You'll also have experience with:

  • Authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
  • Active Directory, LDAP and hybrid identity environments.
  • Cloud-first identity architectures.
  • Enterprise integrations and provisioning using SCIM, APIs and custom connectors.
  • Designing solutions for large, complex organisations.

We'd Love To See

  • Previous experience working as a Senior or Principal Okta Architect.
  • Experience combining architecture with customer-facing consulting.
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or technical consultants.
  • Okta Professional or Architect certification.
  • Fluent English.
