Envo Talent is partnering with one of Europe's leading Identity & Access Management consultancies to recruit an experienced Okta Pre-Sales Consultant. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading consultancy delivering enterprise Identity solutions for organisations across Europe. The Opportunity

As a trusted technical advisor, you'll work closely with customers, sales teams and solution architects to understand business requirements, shape technical strategy and demonstrate how Okta can solve complex identity challenges. You'll play a key role throughout the sales cycle, helping customers build confidence in the proposed solution whilst working closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition into implementation. This is a highly customer-facing role where communication skills are just as important as technical capability.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the sales team to qualify new opportunities and provide technical leadership throughout the sales process.
  • Leading technical workshops, product demonstrations and proof of concepts across the Okta platform.
  • Working with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements and existing identity landscapes.
  • Designing high-level solution architectures tailored to customer requirements.
  • Supporting proposals, tenders and RFP responses with technical content and solution design.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on Identity & Access Management best practice.
  • Working closely with delivery consultants to ensure successful project handovers.
  • Building reusable demo environments, technical collateral and pre-sales assets.
What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have strong experience across the Okta platform, including:

  • Workforce Identity
  • Customer Identity (CIAM)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Lifecycle Management

You'll also bring experience with:

  • Delivering customer demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Solution design and technical discovery workshops.
  • Identity and Access Management concepts and enterprise security.
  • Authentication standards including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SCIM.
  • Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
We'd Love To See

Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant, Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect within the IAM or Cyber Security space. Excellent presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences. Okta certifications (Professional or Consultant level preferred). Additional experience with technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity or ForgeRock would be advantageous. Fluent English.
