Job title: Private Travel Designer at EnVogue Travel
EnVogue Travel are looking for a Travel Designer to join our private travel design team. Your role is to create and design unique itineraries and experiences in remote destinations across the globe for EnVogue’s portfolio of UHNW clients. You will be responsible for managing your clients and building longstanding relationships to ensure repeat sales, client retention and successful delivering of the travel experiences created.
Details of the Role:
- Understand clients travel preferences to create highly personalised itineraries that meet their expectations and preferences.
- Working with suppliers and industry professionals to design unique adventures and world-first experiences for HNW and UHNW clientele.
- Project management including: research, itinerary building, liaising with suppliers, client communication, finance, contingency and live-trip management.
- Responsible for all project costings including appropriate margin and contingencies.
- Ensuring the highest level of service to EnVogue Travel’s clientele and maintain brand values to build long-lasting relationships.
Key requirements:
- Must have a passion and extensive knowledge of both travel destinations and the luxury market. This includes knowledge of luxury properties, up-coming destinations and bespoke experiences tailored to wealthy individuals.
- Personable and skilled relationship building
- A confident and articulate communicator with the ability to convey expertise in speech and written conversation.
- Logical thinker with a commercial mindset
- Creative thinker
- Exceptional grasp of the English language, both spoken and written
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- 2+ years experience in Luxury Travel
Location: London office with part-time remote working
Hours: 9am till 6pm Monday to Friday (with flexibility)
