Company Description: Envogen Instrument Services supports clients with calibration of maintenance of their process instrumentation and associated equipment.
Role Description: This is a full-time role, operating predominantly in the field, to support clients with a wide variety of routine calibration and maintenance needs. Expectation will involve frequent overnight stays during the week and occasional weekend working. Regular overtime and overnight allowances will be achieved as part of fulfilling these duties and further overtime will be frequently available. Hotels booked and paid by company, expenses paid weekly. A pool van will be provided to carry out duties, along with a mobile phone and access to all equipment required to ensure clients are supported. When not in the field the role will involve completing technical documentation, supporting workshop operations and training. Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided to fill knowledge gaps in the repair, fault-finding, maintenance and calibration of Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow, Weigh and Analytical instrumentation, alongside common supporting equipment/test equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3-years industry experience in roles that encompass calibration and fault finding
- Completion of an apprenticeship in a relevant discipline, or equivalent/higher qualification(s)
- A pragmatic, balanced approach to safety
- Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Consistently high standard of technical documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and resilient, with a strong work ethic
- Valid driving license
