This role has been created to support sustained inbound demand and to ensure prospective customers receive a professional, consultative first experience when engaging with the business. The company operates at the intersection of energy management, consultancy and net zero delivery, supporting organisations across the UK to better understand and control their energy use and carbon impact.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers. The role focuses primarily on inbound leads and warm opportunities, using phone and Microsoft Teams to qualify enquiries, run structured discovery conversations, prepare quotes and convert interest into long term customer relationships. You will also reconnect with lapsed accounts and historic prospects, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover once a sale is secured. The role sits within the sales team and operates on a hybrid basis, reporting into the commercial leadership function.

Responsibilities and duties
- Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and priorities
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals aligned to customer needs
- Maintain consistent follow up activity to progress leads through to conversion
- Manage your pipeline accurately using CRM systems
- Reconnect with lapsed customers and previous prospects to re open discussions
- Collaborate with internal delivery and account teams to ensure effective handovers
- Represent the business with professionalism across phone and virtual meetings
Professional qualifications and experience
- GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales, customer advisory or account based role
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid working environment
- Experience within energy, utilities or professional services is beneficial but not essential
