This role exists to strengthen client acquisition across the commercial sector, building long-term relationships with property owners, asset managers and business operators seeking to reduce energy costs and carbon exposure.

Role overview

Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Business Development Manager will take ownership of identifying, qualifying and converting new commercial opportunities. You will work closely with technical, estimating and delivery teams to ensure proposals are commercially robust and technically viable. This is a client-facing role focused on consultative selling, pipeline management and revenue generation within the renewable energy market.

  • Proven experience in business development within solar PV or wider renewable energy markets
