Bank Support Worker – Lowestoft, Suffolk
Pay & Hours
- Pay: £13.65 to £14.75 per shift (depending on shift)
- Hours: Days: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm | Waking Nights: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am | Sleeping Nights: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (Sleep‑in: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am)
About the Role
You will support an adult who lives at home with his parents and their two small, friendly dogs. He has a tracheostomy and PEG feeding and requires support from a dedicated 2:1 care team. He enjoys playing games on his laptop and has a great sense of humour. Building a positive, trusting relationship with him is an important part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor condition and administer medication
- Support with daily/nightly routines, personal hygiene and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate care records
