Complex Care Support Worker – Ilkley
Job Type: Permanent | Salary: £14.00 per hour (Friday night 10pm-7am plus bank positions for days & nights). Pet‑friendly home (dog present).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality 1:1 care, supporting both clinical and emotional needs
- Help the individual feel safe, included, and empowered at home
- Work closely with the family and healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care
Qualifications & Experience
- Complex care experience required

- Specialist Training
- The role includes training and competency sign‑off in the following areas:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation
- Oral and tracheal suctioning
- Enteral feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Medication administration
