This is a role for a compassionate and reliable care professional looking to develop specialist clinical skills in complex care. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 care, supporting both the clinical and emotional needs of an individual in their own home. Main duties of the job:
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 care, helping the individual feel safe, included, and empowered at home.
- Work closely with the family and healthcare professionals.
- Specialist training in areas such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, enteral & PEG feeding, and oxygen therapy.
