Location: Crewe

Pay: £15.45 per hour (Days), £16.48 per hour (Nights), £17.51 per hour (Sundays)

Shifts Available: Days: 8:00am – 8:00pm, Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am, Hours: 24 hours per week

Applicants must be flexible to work both day and night shifts. A full UK driving licence is required – must be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle.

Main duties of the job:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support
  • Assisting with tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (full training provided)
  • Seizure monitoring and management
  • Assisting with oxygen therapy
  • Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting community access, social activities, and outings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting individuals with brain injury or complex care needs (essential)
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and seizure management (or willingness to learn)
  • A compassionate, confident, and professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive the client’s vehicle
