We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our dedicated 2:1 complex care team supporting a young, active woman living with a brain injury in Crewe. This is a rewarding role for someone who truly values person-centred care and building meaningful connections.

Main duties of the job:

  • Providing personal care and mobility support
  • Supporting tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (full training provided)
  • Seizure monitoring and management
  • Assisting with oxygen therapy
  • Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting community access, social activities and outings

The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with brain injury or complex care needs, knowledge of PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and seizure management, and a compassionate, confident and professional approach.

Location: Crewe

Pay: £15.45 per hour – Days, £16.48 per hour – Nights, £17.51 per hour – Sundays

Shifts Available: Days: 8:00am – 8:00pm, Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am, Hours: 24 hours per week. Applicants must be flexible to work both day and night shifts.

Full UK driving licence required – must be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle.
