About the Role
You’ll be supporting across three male clients, with designated days at each rather than travelling to all three in one day. The clients have complex clinical needs due to brain or spinal injury. Your responsibilities include:
- Bowel/catheter care
- Manual handling/mobility support
- Pressure area care
- Autonomic dysreflexia management
- Challenging behaviour
- Neuro fatigue
- Memory issues
- Seizures
We seek someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships through clear communication and empathy.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with personalized routines, including use of hoists.
- Support daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes.
