About the Client:
28‑year‑old female with severe epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities. The client requires nursing care for a gastrostomy, feeding tube, PEG for medication, oral suctioning and seizure medication, in addition to support with toileting, washing and dressing. She enjoys baking, jigsaw puzzles, walks, eating out in pubs and cafés, swimming and beach-going, and lives with two friendly Labradors.
Location & Hours:
Attleborough, Norfolk – 12 hour day shifts (8am‑8pm). A full UK driving licence is required due to role responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide complex nursing care in the client’s home, including non‑invasive ventilation, enteral feeding, suctioning, medication administration, oxygen therapy and seizure management.
- Support the client with daily activities such as toileting, washing and dressing.
- Work independently or as part of a team, with the option to support multiple clients if desired.
- Coordinate daily care with a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager, and use the ‘Carer App’ for clinical support and information.
