The Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the attraction, engagement and hiring of technical professionals across Envitia’s Security & Intelligence business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting technical and IT professionals within UK Defence and National Security markets, including candidates holding the highest levels of UK Security Clearance.

Working closely with our Security & Intelligence business and People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, build sustainable talent pipelines and provide trusted recruitment guidance to hiring managers.

The role requires a strong understanding of the challenges associated with recruitment in secure environments, including clearance eligibility, nationality requirements, candidate engagement and the limited availability of specialist skills.

This role is offered on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.

Given the continued growth of our Security & Intelligence business, we expect there to be opportunities for the successful candidate to extend their contract or transition into a permanent position in the future.

  • Sourcing & Attraction
  • Utilise Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted search methodologies to attract talent.
  • Create compelling job adverts and recruitment marketing content.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement activities.
  • Leverage recruitment technology, automation and AI-driven tools to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
