We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our consulting offering across key Central Government and Defence clients. Using your architectural expertise and a strong focus on delivering tangible business value, you will develop strategic visions, roadmaps, and target state architectures that guide large-scale transformation initiatives. This includes overseeing the full lifecycle of solutions, from early ideation and strategy through to transition and delivery, ensuring long-term value and sustainability.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance to ensure alignment with organisational standards, policies, and regulations.
- Road mapping & Transformation: Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps, using Target Operating Model (TOM) expertise to drive scalable, efficient operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions within transformation programmes.
- Experience across multiple architecture domains (business, application, data, technology), with familiarity in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration approaches (APIs, SOA, microservices).
The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SC level security clearance. The role will require travel to our Horsham offices 2 days a month as well as travel to customer sites in the UK when required.
