The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Responsibilities
- You will be the go-to person for Ormco's Spark Aligners in your designated territory.
- Manage existing customer accounts to provide a consultative partnership on their aligner strategy and support growth for both the business and the customer.
- Expand market share by acquiring new business prospects providing detailed overview on features and benefits of Spark Aligners vs Competitor brands, support implementing Spark into the practice's digital workflow, train all staff within the practice on clinical and commercial aspects of Spark and implement marketing support within the practices (marketing materials provided by Ormco).
- Work in partnership with Territory Managers who will share the same territory as yourself to maximize customer experience.
- When needed, support customers efficiently with problem solving mindset to overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Be willing to travel across territory.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights into the aligner market for your region working with the Ormco Strategy in frequent overview meetings with your manager.
- Ensure processes followed according to compliance.
- Perform other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Preferred to have 2+ years' sales experience within the MedTech sector or to have experience with clear aligner either in practice or industry.
- Skills: Strong Relationship Builder, Growth Mindset, Target Conscious, Coachable, Proficient in Excel, Preferred worked with Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Candidate is structured, motivated and passionate about clear aligner treatment.
- Travel: In the field. Applicant to be based in areas around Northumberland, Glasgow or Edinburgh.
