The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
To develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales across Alpha Bio Tec (ABT) full range of products and solutions. Identify customers’ business needs and develop solutions and value propositions to meet those needs. Build collaborative relationships with customers and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction. Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. This position will be hired under Nobel Biocare UK Ltd and will work in close collaboration with Nobel Biocare Sales Team to ensure aligned strategies and maximize customer value. The right candidate will be based ideally around Leeds/Manchester but will be covering the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate country-specific value propositions to customers.
- Define a territory plan that considers:
- how to segment customers based on deep knowledge of current and potential clients, as well as competitive dynamics.
- how to target identified prospects, especially new clients and competitor accounts.
- how to allocate time efficiently.
- Deliver product and solution sales according to the plan.
- Maintain a strong focus on long-term account development (sustainable, growing clients vs. “big one-time sales”) as well as pure sales.
- Successfully negotiate and implement tailored business development plans.
- Deliver activities, review the status of business development plans, and ensure activities are carried out in collaboration with the T&E team.
- Know the business: ABT’s and country‑specific value propositions, in‑depth knowledge of ABT’s products and solutions.
- Actively seek information and opportunities for continuous growth and independently address personal learning needs.
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience in dental sales is an advantage.
- Dental experience.
- Ability to travel across North UK, Scotland and Ireland.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and proactive mindset.
- Passion for implementing and executing activities.
- Customer orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to analyze and understand customers’ underlying problems and needs.
