The Territory Manager role is responsible for ongoing support of existing accounts and growth in new clinics for both the Ormco bracket and wire range, as well as the Spark Clear Aligner system. The Territory Manager will support the development of the Ormco Fixed Orthodontic Catalogue and Spark Clear Aligner business activities in the North England area (M62 corridor), exploring sales growth opportunities and developing relationships with partners.

Main tasks include:

  • Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products, provide new product information, and receive feedback on the company’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships to achieve revenue growth with tender regions, DMUs, and affiliated orthodontic specialists.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Qualify potential customers as sales prospects.
  • Support the corporation’s sales policies and procedures to provide effective treatments.
  • Relay new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation.
  • Adhere to corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and relationships.
  • Review and report complaints from customers, recommending corrective actions to the Region Sales Manager.
  • Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other assigned reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Preferred BA/BSc degree or a qualified Dentist/Orthodontic Therapist.
  • Experience: Preferred to have more than 3 years’ sales experience within the MedTech sector or at least 5 years working within a dental practice with aligner products/workflows.
  • Skills: Strong relationship builder, growth mindset, target-conscious, coachable, proficient in Excel, and preferably experienced with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Travel: In the field 50%–70% of the week, with overnight stays 0%–20% of the week (potentially one night per week).
  • Location: Preferably based in the areas around Manchester and Leeds.
