The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians. The role will play a crucial role in driving sales and building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clinicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
- Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided.
- Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Attend industry conferences and events to expand our network and promote products.
- Travels domestically (ground/air) up to 50%.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
