Job Description:

To develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales across the company’s full range of products/solutions. Identify customers’ business needs and develop solutions and value propositions to meet those needs. Build collaborative relationships with customers and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction. Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.

Your Main Responsibilities

· Effectively communicate country-specific value propositions to customers.

· Define a territory plan that considers:

· How to segment customers based on deep knowledge of current and potential clients, as well as competitive dynamics.

· How to target identified prospects, especially new clients and competitor accounts.

· How to allocate time efficiently.

· Deliver product and solution sales according to the plan.

· Maintain a strong focus on long-term account development (sustainable, growing clients vs. “big one-time sales”) as well as pure sales.

· Successfully negotiate and implement tailored business development plans.

· Deliver activities, review the status of business development plans, and ensure activities are carried out in collaboration with the T&E team.

· Know the business:

· Nobel Biocare’s and country-specific value propositions.

· In-depth knowledge of Nobel Biocare’s products and solutions.

· Actively seek information and opportunities for continuous growth and independently address personal learning needs.

· Passion for implementing and executing activities.

· Ability to analyze and understand customers’ underlying problems and needs.

· High responsiveness to customers.

Job Requirements:

Education: Degree in any Health, Business, or equivalent discipline.

· Minimum Experience: 3 years in a similar role in the healthcare sector, preferably in dental and/or direct sales of medical devices or consumables.

· Profile: Professionals with strong learning ability, results and customer satisfaction orientation, and adaptability to change.

· IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· CRM Experience: Used to working with CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
