To develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales across Alpha Bio Tec. (ABT) full range of products and solutions. Identify customers' business needs and develop solutions and value propositions to meet those needs. Build collaborative relationships with customers and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction. Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
This position will be hired under Nobel Biocare UK Ltd and will work in close collaboration with Nobel Biocare Sales Team to ensure aligned strategies and maximize customer value. The right candidate will be based ideally around Leeds/Manchester but will be covering the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.
- Effectively communicate country-specific value propositions to customers.
- Define a territory plan that considers:
- how to segment customers based on deep knowledge of current and potential clients, as well as competitive dynamics.
- how to target identified prospects, especially new clients and competitor accounts.
- how to allocate time efficiently.

Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience in dental sales is an advantage.
- Dental experience.
- Ability to travel across North UK, Scotland and Ireland.
- Valid driver's license.
