This is an exciting time to join Envision Racing, an elite Formula E team based in Silverstone, as we expand our premises and enter into the next generation of car competitively. The role will be focused on providing first line IT support across the business, providing exceptional customer service and effective troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly and enable the team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as triage for the IT department
- Configure, deploy and support laptops, mobile devices, and other core company infrastructure.
- Support user onboarding and leaver processes, including account, hardware and software provisioning and access management.
- Resolve 1st line issues first time, and where not possible, escalate to the IT Infrastructure Engineer.
- Diagnose and fix basic connectivity issues, e.g. Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN etc.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and access rights ensuring appropriate levels of governance and compliance.
- Support users in the use of technology and equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
- Support day-to-day service operations, ensuring incidents, requests and changes are handled effectively with clear communication, prioritisation and timely escalation.
