Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end execution of our software development portfolio, ensuring we hit milestones, exceed expectations and continuously raise the bar.

You’ll inspire and grow world‑class teams across Customer Delivery, Product Management, Product Development, UX Design and Next‑Generation Product Management, creating a culture that delivers outstanding products and unforgettable customer experiences.

  • Champion continuous improvement across engineering practices, tools and methodologies.
  • Own the Product Portfolio & Roadmap
  • Lead and inspire global teams across Delivery Success, Product Management, Product Development, UX Design and Next‑Gen Product.
  • Manage internal engineering teams and external vendors to deliver a world‑class product suite.
  • Oversee roadmap governance and delivery for both current and next‑generation platforms.
  • Establish modern Saa S, multitenant development approaches for all new products.
  • Drive Business Impact
  • Partner closely with commercial and business units to translate market needs into scalable platform solutions.
  • Support revenue growth through effective product, licensing and services strategies.
  • Collaborate regularly with the EPG Executive Leadership Team on product direction and strategy.
  • Deliver with Quality & Precision
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional quality standards.
  • Set and uphold coding, testing, QA and monitoring standards across the engineering organization.
  • Use clear product, performance and customer metrics to guide smart decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Champion Client Engagement
  • Lead client advisory boards and use customer insights to shape product evolution.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and regular upgrade cycles for clients across all platforms.
  • Build strong customer feedback loops that influence roadmap priorities and innovation.
  • Own Performance & Innovation
  • Manage the P&L for the full product portfolio.
  • Drive platform‑enhancing features and innovation that push our products forward.
  • Introduce more efficient delivery methodologies to improve velocity, quality and customer outcomes.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • 15+ years leading software engineering, product development, product management or product strategy in life sciences or within a regulated industry.
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles driving product delivery, development and strategy.
  • Proven, recognized senior leader with experience building products from concept to market.
  • Experienced in global, multi‑functional, matrix organizations (1000+ people) with ability to drive change across geographies and cultures.
  • Strong strategic vision, executive presence, and ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus.
  • Experienced in team leadership, mentorship and coaching, building high‑performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in product and project management across platforms and multi‑product disciplines.
  • Skilled in governance, budget management and strategic planning to drive revenue and business impact.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in dynamic, fast‑paced, culturally diverse environments.
