The opportunity: We’re looking for a talented Senior Consultant to join our UK based Value & Access team, a group of expert HEOR, Market Access, and Pricing professionals. This role can be based in any of our UK offices or fully remote.
In this pivotal position, your focus will be value communications. You’ll lead and manage your own projects, providing strategic guidance to clients on how to effectively differentiate their products and demonstrate value against standard of care. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable, evidence-based insights that make a real impact. Some travel (up to 5%) may be required for internal meetings, client engagements, and business development.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a broad range of value communication projects, including global value dossiers, AMCP/HTA submissions, payer value decks, and objection handlers, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee all elements of project execution, from client consultations and strategic planning to internal coordination, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are consistently met.
- Maintain and apply expert knowledge of therapeutic areas, product landscapes, market dynamics, and compliance requirements to guide team strategy and deliverables.
- Coach and support the Value & Access team to become subject matter experts in product, disease state, and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new and follow-on business and contributing to pitch presentations as needed.
- Take ownership of proposal development, including needs assessments, budgets, timelines, and scope definition, to support successful project bids and execution.
- Drive business growth by expanding current accounts and identifying new opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and deliver the strategic vision for the Value & Access business unit.
- Support and drive a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with Envision’s values, mission, and commitment to excellence.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise:
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in a Health Sciences-related field - preferred.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, strategic value communication projects for pharma clients, driving organic growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and shape consulting engagements across both US and EU markets.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and acting as the main point of contact for key clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow long-term client partnerships that lead to repeat business and high satisfaction at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of value narratives, value messaging, and global access strategy to support pharmaceutical product success.
