The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced account lead, with a strong background in publications, to join our Envision Medical Communications team.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

  • Project & Client Management: Lead day‑to‑day client interactions and oversee project delivery from briefing to completion. Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high‑quality execution of deliverables.
  • Strategic Delivery: Understand client objectives, industry regulations, and internal SOPs to ensure consistent alignment. Troubleshoot delivery challenges and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Scientific leads to align on strategy, content, and planning. Support team members by providing guidance and mentoring where needed.
  • Account Oversight & Growth: Maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and manage account performance. Drive financial processes including budget preparation, scope management, and forecasting.
  • Business Development: Identify and support new business opportunities within existing accounts. Contribute to proposals and participate in pitches.
  • Operational Contribution: Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and working groups to enhance company processes and services.

Do you have what we are looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in a client‑facing, account management role in a medical communications agency is essential.
  • Prior experience working on a publications focused account.
  • Experience managing complex and multichannel projects, including financial management.
  • Proven ability to build strong and positive relationships with clients and other external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, preferably with experience mentoring others.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
