We are hiring a Product Enablement Specialist to help clients and internal teams get the most out of our products. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product adoption and success by designing and delivering engaging training, clear documentation, and practical resources. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure users have the knowledge and tools they need to fully realise the value of our solutions.
Role responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and objectives.
- Design, develop and implement comprehensive training programs and materials for various product lines.
- Create engaging and informative training content (e.g., manuals, quick guides, videos, e-learnings).
- Conduct training sessions, workshops and webinars to educate clients and team members on product features, benefits and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Assist in the development of product documentation and user guides.
Essential skills & expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in product documentation, technical writing, or technical training.
- C1-level proficiency in spoken and written English, with confidence delivering training to external stakeholders.
Desirable skills & expertise
- Experience within the technology or software industry.
- Certification in training or technical writing.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to support content creation.
- Understanding of basic graphic and visual design principles (e.g. typography, colour).
- Experience editing video content using tools such as Camtasia, Microsoft Clipchamp, or similar.
