Role Responsibilities
- Deliver annual individual sales of $1M–$1.5M, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Lead and manage multiple project teams (5–8 consultants) to deliver high-quality, insight-driven client engagements.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee proposal development, ensuring timely, actionable, and high-impact solutions aligned with client needs.
