The opportunity
The Director, Service Delivery is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service operations. They work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service delivery strategies, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and optimize service delivery processes.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
- Lead the development of organization wide IT support and operations strategy.
- Ensure strategy operating model aligns to ITIL best practice framework.
- Work with senior leadership team to ensure operations will support current and future business states.
- Oversee the timely resolution of IT issues and requests by internal teams.
- Develop and maintain an appropriate organization structure that supports the business.
- Propose solutions which improve resiliency, scalability, and alignment to best practice and business operations.
- Ensure appropriate supporting documentation is created to drive efficiency and support operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve service delivery.
- Oversee and manage priority incidents as needed to ensure minimum disruption.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure all systems are patched, up to date, and working with the latest approved version.
- Participate in regular reviews of the information security management system (ISMS).
- Manage documentation of responses to RFPs, ensuring a timely completion.
Do you have what we are looking for?
- Minimum 8 years of information technology operations experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience required.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
- Information technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, etc.) preferred.
- Must be proficient with reading, writing and speaking in English.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 27001 and the associated security controls.
- Knowledge of SOC 1 & 2 requirements.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a globally distributed organization.
