The opportunity: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Envision Pharma Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire talent across our global organisation. Based in Raleigh in a hybrid model, this role sits at the heart of an evolving, increasingly strategic HR function that is raising the bar, modernising its approach, and becoming more technology-enabled and insight-driven.
Partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will deliver high-impact recruitment solutions that support Envision's growth agenda. This is a highly visible, consultative role for a TA leader who thrives on combining commercial thinking, data, technology, and human insight to build scalable, inclusive, and future-ready talent pipelines.
You will not only deliver exceptional hiring outcomes today, but actively shape the next phase of our global Talent Acquisition capability, embedding best practice, elevating hiring manager capability, and helping position Envision as an employer of choice in a competitive life sciences market.
We welcome applications from candidates based in the UK or US, with preference for those able to work in a hybrid capacity from either our Horsham, UK or Raleigh/Durham, US office.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across priority functions and regions, partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to translate workforce plans into high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to shape resourcing strategy, pipelining, and workforce planning.
- Drive proactive, technology-enabled sourcing strategies using ATS, direct sourcing, recruitment marketing, and external platforms to build diverse, future-focused talent pipelines.
- Deliver structured, fair, and inclusive selection processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Own hiring outcomes end to end, including shortlisting, assessment, offer strategy, negotiation, and closing, informed by benchmarking, hiring metrics, and market data.
- Apply innovative attraction methods to strengthen early talent pipelines, under-represented talent engagement, and critical capability hiring in competitive markets.
- Coach and influence Hiring Managers on effective interviewing, decision-making, and assessment practices, raising the quality and consistency of hiring across the organisation.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Envision's TA operating model, embedding best practice in process design, technology adoption, metrics, and ways of working.
- Partner with the Global TA Director on strategic initiatives including recruitment technology optimisation, workforce pipelining, employer branding, DEI hiring programmes, and offshoring support.
- Support the development of TA colleagues by sharing expertise, mentoring on consultative delivery, and strengthening capability in data, technology, and stakeholder management.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency, scalability, quality of hire, and measurable business impact.
- Build trusted, proactive relationships with stakeholders, balancing speed, quality, diversity, and cost effectiveness in all hiring decisions.
- Operate with agility in a fast-paced, evolving global environment, adapting approach in response to changing priorities, markets, and resourcing models.

Skills & expertise:
- Significant Talent Acquisition Partner experience, ideally within life sciences, pharma, medical communications, or similarly complex, knowledge-driven environments.
- Proven success delivering end-to-end, technology-enabled recruitment solutions in global or multi-regional organisations.
- Strong track record hiring senior, specialist, and leadership talent, with deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive talent landscapes.
- Highly data-literate, with experience using metrics, dashboards, and analytics to inform strategy, improve outcomes, and demonstrate business impact.
- Hands-on expertise with ATS, sourcing platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and digital attraction methods.
- Demonstrated experience embedding inclusive hiring practices and building diverse pipelines across multiple talent segments.
- Strong commercial mindset, able to align recruitment strategy with business growth, capability needs, and workforce plans.
- Confident advisor and influencer, able to build credibility with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively using insight and evidence.
- Passion for developing hiring manager capability and strengthening recruitment maturity across an organisation.
