In this role, you’ll collaborate with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers across the U.S., providing insights and support in Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) modeling, Government Pricing, Compliance, rebate adjudication, and strategic advisory services. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, critical thinking, and client excellence.

Role responsibilities:

  • Perform Gross‑to‑Net calculations and develop segment and brand‑level forecasts.
  • Support accrual rate establishment and variance analysis.
  • Analyze large datasets to develop financial insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to revenue management consulting services and subject matter expertise on Government Pricing programs.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and training tools to enhance client success.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to improve GTN processes and deliver enhanced insights.

Skills & expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in life sciences revenue management, gross‑to‑net forecasting, or related financial consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of gross‑to‑net processes, ASC 606, and Government Pricing compliance.
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, Access, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx a plus.
  • Passion for learning, innovation, and delivering client success.
