A growing Fareham-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. The Role: You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters. Work is provided — there is no requirement to bring in clients or develop business. The firm is open to flexible or hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Progressing matters efficiently with a focus on quality and client experience
- Dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring files remain compliant throughout the transaction
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
- Keeping the case management system fully up to date
What They’re Looking For:
- Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer
- Minimum of 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Comfortable managing files independently from start to finish
- Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure
