Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with or managing legal billing and invoicing
- Supporting or taking ownership of bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Assisting with client and office account transactions
- Supporting credit control processes
- Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules (where applicable)
- General finance administration and support to the wider team
Requirements
For junior candidates:
- Some prior experience within a law firm is highly desirable
- Exposure to finance or accounts processes
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills
For more experienced candidates:
- Previous legal finance / legal cashier experience
- Working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
