A growing Fareham-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. This is a role suited to someone who enjoys fee-earning, values good process and client care, and wants to be part of a growing residential property team where there is real opportunity to contribute.

The Role: You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters. Work is provided; there is no requirement to bring in clients or develop business. The firm is open to flexible or hybrid working arrangements.

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Progressing matters efficiently with a focus on quality and client experience
  • Dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Ensuring files remain compliant throughout the transaction
  • Supporting junior team members where appropriate
  • Keeping the case management system fully up to date

What They’re Looking For:

  • Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer
  • Minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience
  • Comfortable managing files independently from start to finish
  • Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure
