Are you a Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years experience? Do you have a stable work history with no more than 3 law firm moves over the last 10 years? Envision People is working with a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team. This opportunity would suit an experienced fee earner who enjoys managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and delivering excellent client service within a supportive and well-resourced team.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
- Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified conveyancer
- A strong and demonstrable billing history
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A stable employment history
- A proactive, team-focused approach
The firm offers fully remote, hybrid or office-based working. Remote applicants must have previous experience of successfully working from home within a law firm environment and be able to manage their caseload with minimal supervision. You will join a substantial property department with dedicated onboarding and post-completion support, as well as access to paralegal assistance where appropriate. Salary: Competitive and dependent upon experience.
