Responsibilities:
- Proactively define recovery plans and lead execution to restore normal operations.
- Lead internal and external root cause analysis and management of change activities, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide site support leadership and coordinate subcontractors and service vendors to ensure effective and compliant maintenance execution.
- Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities in collaboration with regional service teams.
- Manage on-site spare parts and spare unit inventories, ensuring availability, cost control, and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and govern subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, contractual obligations, and warranty conditions.
