The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Project Manager to support recruitment activities across Europe and Latin America. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment operations and candidate engagement, working closely with the TA Head to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within talent acquisition, with experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring environments. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, engaging with candidates, and ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly. Chinese language skills would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling across multiple time zones, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring teams.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic qualifications, motivation, and role suitability before progressing candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and recruitment platforms, ensuring roles are accurately published and updated across multiple channels.
- Support candidate pipeline management, including CV screening and application tracking within the internal system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the early stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking, maintaining hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding and sourcing activities, including job boards, social media platforms, and campus initiatives where required.
- Work closely with the TA Head to ensure recruitment processes remain efficient, well organised, and scalable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment operations, or talent acquisition support.
- Experience within high-volume or operational recruitment environments (rather than executive search).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly changing schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-focused mindset.
- Highly responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment across multiple time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.
- Chinese language skills are preferred but not essential.
- Experience with recruitment tools would be advantageous.
